Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Gear

Place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring climbing shoes have not been used on a wall and apparel is unwashed.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
